PABLO AIR signs a memorandum of understanding with 42air on collaboration in drone delivery

UAM Integrated Control and Mobility Specialist Pabloea announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with a US drone delivery company. 42 aira subsidiary of an autonomous driving technology company 42 dots An affiliated company of the Hyundai Motor Group. The signing took place on June 13th at the PABLO AIR headquarters in Songdo, South Korea.
Over the past three years, 42air has deployed an integrated UAV delivery system utilizing Gadget Smart delivery winches to deliver goods to vessels off New Orleans. Delivery systems use cables to autonomously and accurately place goods at their destinations.
PABLO AIR, which recently opened Korea’s first drone delivery center, provides systematic drone delivery solutions through ‘Olivery’ and ‘Smart Mobility Integrated Control System’. Last year, the company successfully demonstrated drone delivery in restricted airspace in the United States, working with the New York Aviation Promotion Agency (Nuea). PABLO AIR is currently participating in a NASA-led urban flight stabilization project.
In South Korea, various government demonstration projects are underway to collect drone delivery data and ensure stability. Through a new business agreement, PABLO AIR and 42air will leverage the capabilities and resources of both companies to integrate products and services and collaborate on domestic and international drone delivery operations. PABLO AIR equips its own delivery aircraft with 42air gadget devices and utilizes special software to control them.
“Both companies recognize that the strategic use of drones will have a significant impact on future logistics delivery,” said Pablo Air CEO Kim Young-joon. “By combining 42air’s technology and infrastructure, we aim to lead the drone delivery industry and provide more practical and cost-effective drone delivery services.”
Henk Goossen, CEO of 42air, said, “In addition to working with Pablo Air to enter the municipal drone delivery project, we are also developing a delivery service that connects the sea routes of Incheon and Busan to major ports in Asia, including Singapore. We look forward to working with you to expand.”
In March of this year, at PABLO AIR “Daishin Securities” as the lead underwriter, aiming to be listed on the Kosdaq, a technology-centric stock market, in the second half of 2024. The company is currently conducting a pre-IPO investment to secure its shares prior to listing.
