Keynotes you don’t want to miss: This year, Japanese drone maker ACSL entered the US market with the NDAA-compliant Soten drone. ACSL CTO Chris Raabe will deliver a keynote next week on topics important to stakeholders across his drone ecosystem. The Need for a Global Strategy to Reduce Vulnerability in the Drone Industry will be announced on Monday, June 12th at 12:30pm at the Waterway 4 location.
To meet the global demand for autonomous technology while mitigating geopolitical and supply chain challenges, the drone and robotics industry must adopt global strategies for innovation and mass production.
The need for self-driving technology is growing around the world, but only a few countries are well-positioned to meet that demand in terms of both innovation and mass production. We analyze several markets and the unique factors driving or hindering the adoption of drones and robots. We will also delve into the unique market situation in Japan, where the factors that drive the development of autonomous driving technology are unique. Japan has an enormous amount of manufacturing expertise, a large number of underutilized suppliers, and a depreciating currency makes it an increasingly global exporter of self-driving technology.
