Abu Dhabi’s Airobotics: Offering Aerial Drone Services Across the City
Data Solutions and Drone Providers Today Ondus Holdings Co., Ltd. Senators Mark R. Warner (D-VA) and John Tune (R-SD) today increase the compThe Relevance of the American Drones Act in 2023, a law that simplifies the approval process for Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) drone flights and allows drones to be used for the commercial transportation of goods across the country. Each aircraft and his BVLOS operations currently require an exemption from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), but the FAA does not have a consistent set of criteria to allow for: Waiver. The bipartisan U.S. Drone Law Enhancements to Competitiveness Act requires the FAA to establish rules to allow her BVLOS to operate under certain circumstances.
