Ring, Compact Counter Drone System Using GNSS Operations to Suppress Threats
Software-based GPS/GNSS security expert Regulus Cyber launches Ring, the first fully operational compact counter-UAS system. Ring utilizes proprietary GNSS manipulation techniques to quell all types of UAS threats. The Ring system relies on combat-proven GNSS maneuvers to override drone controls, hold or crash the drone, or force it to land. This method can be used to target and neutralize a single threat, or an unlimited number of threats at once using very low power transmissions on a single channel. This ensures low collateral damage confined to GNSS channels, as opposed to jamming, which can affect multiple RF channels and interfere with other systems in the area.
